Regional HR Business Partner

We are looking for a Regional HR Business Partner who will be the primary point of contact for managers and employees in the region regarding any people topic.

Profile and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in the related fields
  • Min. 5 years prior professional work experience with demonstrated achievement and leadership in HR
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain effective and productive working relationships across all levels within an organisation
  • Developed (oral and written) communication in English and diplomacy skill set with the ability to influence others by presenting sound and logical arguments tailored to the audience
  • Experience in talent and leadership assessment processes
  • Has solid practice in coaching people
  • Experience in a fast-paced business environment where HR demand are vague and/or continuously changing
  • Knowledge and practical experience of people management processes including recruitment, performance management, training and development, remuneration and benefits, and employee relations
  • Strong presentation skills and facilitation experience, needed to effectively deliver a variety of HR training programs and change management sessions to groups of managers and employees
  • Capable of handling multiple issues and/or projects simultaneously and executing to completion
  • Sound knowledge of local labour laws and government requirements
  • Experience in new organisation set up highly preferred
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and drive conclusions from HR data
  • Quality focussed with the ability to work at pace
  • Ability to travel based on business needs

  • Job Description
  • Develop effective working relationships with Business Managers and Country/Region Directors within Region
  • Provide timely, effective and direct coaching to Business Managers, assisting in the development of strong, contemporary leadership skills
  • Lead succession planning and talent development strategies for the organization, identifying critical roles and preparing potential talent
  • Lead leadership assessment in the organization, identifying key employee strengths and development needs in order to recognize, select, retain and develop key talent
  • Work with Global Resourcing Manager, Business Managers and Country/Region Directors to develop and implement their resource plans
  • Support and advise Business Managers and Country/Region Directors in their talent selection process
  • Design, own and coordinate mobility cycle inside the region, work with all related parties (Travel Support, Finance, Country/Region Directors etc.) to ensure that employee assignments from one country to the other are done smoothly, on time, legally compliant. Work with Country/Region Directors to improve employee experience during Mobility process
  • Develop and coach Line Management to be effective and confident in the delivery of organisational people processes and procedures
  • Advise and support the implementation of company policies and procedures
  • Lead on employee engagement within region and support Business Managers and Country/Region Directors to identify and implement actions for improvement
  • Work with Business Managers and Country/Region Directors on employee relations issues including investigation, grievance, absence and disciplinary procedures
  • Ensure periodic HR records are updated on time by HR operations team
  • Work with Global Resourcing Manager, Business Managers and Country/Region Directors to identify the required training and development requirements across region and develop appropriate plans to address
  • Advise and execute reward and recognition processes including pay, benefits and retention strategies
  • Management of HR projects driven from Global HR Transformation Programme as assigned
