NMQ Digital is an internationally operating company that offers digital marketing services to companies, comprising NMQ Holding B.V. (a private company with limited liability having its registered address at Sarphatistraat 54‑H, 1018 GP Amsterdam, Netherlands, with Chamber of Commerce number 61704814) and its affiliated undertakings.

NMQ Digital refers to: NMQ Holding B.V. and all of its (worldwide) subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as other partnerships, corporations, and undertakings that are authorized to practice using the name ‘NMQ Digital’ as the context may require, hereinafter referred to as: “NMQ Digital”, “we”, “us” and “our”.

1.2 Why do we share this privacy statement?

Your privacy is important to us. This privacy policy describes the data protection practices of NMQ Digital and provides you with information on NMQ Digital’s collection, disclosure, use, protection, and retention of your personal data and what choices you have relating to your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and other (local) data protection laws that apply to your jurisdiction.

2.1 How do we collect your data?

We collect data that you have voluntarily provided by us on and via our website or via e-mail, online or social media. We also collect your data, such as technical information about your devices and your behavior on our website, by using cookies and other similar tracking technologies, hereinafter referred to as: “Cookies”. 2.2 Which personal data do we collect?

NMQ Digital only processes personal data that you have provided to us via our website or personal data we receive from you if we communicate with you via e-mail, online or social media.

This information may include basic contact information, such as first name, last name, email address, telephone number, and job title. This information is necessary for us to execute our services in the most efficient and convenient manner.

2.3 Why do we collect your data and for how long?

NMQ Digital processes your personal data to improve and provide our website and our services, confirm your identity, for administrative reasons, and to execute the agreement with you as a client. In case you have signed up for our newsletter, we use your email address for informational and marketing purposes. Please note that you can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any given moment.

There are various (worldwide) entities through which NMQ Digital provides digital marketing services. Most of our main IT systems are located in Istanbul and controlled by NMQ Holding B.V.

Depending on the location where our services are provided, another undertaking or entity in the NMQ Digital-group might be the data controller in relation to your personal data.
